Community Day Event
On Saturday, I attended the FABC (First African Baptist Church) annual Community Day event. Mrs. Bolton (retired FCPS teacher) invited me to this outing that brings together our faith based and civic organizations in support of our community.
While at the event, I had the pleasure to meet two of my students who have their own bakery business. The students enjoy baking, a passion and skill they acquired from their mother. As a cupcake connoisseur, I tell you the students’ red-velvet cupcake is absolutely delicious!
