Great Week in Fayette County: Happy Labor Day

Another great week in Fayette County! This past week, I had the pleasure of visiting both of our bus garages and spending time with our drivers and bus monitors. These unsung heroes are some of the most important members of our team! They transport each and every day our county’s most precious cargo.

I later visited Harrison, Williams Well Brown, Mary Todd, Coventry Oak, Millcreek, Arlington, Yates, Russell Cave, and FDHS! I had a wonderful time visiting our schools and learning first hand how we are implementing our equity agenda to achieve social justice!

I also attended the University of Kentucky’s event celebrating 70 years of integration and diversity! Lastly, I cheered on the Wildcats as we hosted Toledo at Kroger Field! Go CATS!!!
