Each school has one or more individuals identified as the STC (School Teachnology Coordinator). These are the individuals that school staff should contact first if they have a technical issue or concern by completing a tech help desk ticket. If teachers need assistance with implementing technology in the classroom and need training, they can also contact the district TRT assigned to their school. (See the OIT Staff Page).
